Marketing Assistant PRN Harding Place ** NOT FULL-TIME **

Position Goal

Responsible for coordination of various marketing admin tasks for multiple service lines across the organization and supporting overall marketing efforts within Hughston.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with copywriting, research, and admin tasks for digital marketing platforms.
  • Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company by updating online profiles.
  • Assist with digital projects through the entire life cycle from conception to launch.
  • Work closely with other individuals in marketing and other departments including various outside vendors to create successful marketing strategies.
  • Provide photography for social engagements and events.
  • Collaborate with Hughston’s Administrative Team to ensure that Marketing strategies align with the business objectives of the Hughston organization.
  • Assist in representing Hughston in community programs (United Way, Relay for Life, etc.) Assist with community relationships and promote the services of Hughston Departments accordingly.
  • Assist with in-person events including set up and tear down and communication at events about the Hughston organization.
  • Pull reports and create charts for referral data.

Experience: 

Required:

  • Computer literacy

Preferred:

  • Experience in copywriting, data entry, and communicating with vendors.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Special Qualifications: 

Required:

  • Good professional judgement in performance of duties.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly developed attention to detail.
  • Experience in working independently.
  • Travel is required for this role so a current driver’s license, auto insurance and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) are required.

Preferred:

  • Experience in photography or videography (cell phones count).
  • Customer service/vendor relationship experience.
  • Some experience in marketing.
